We work hard to create the best possible web experience for our clients. Sometimes faults do occur. We always try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
There can be the possibility that hackers or identity thieves attempt to break into our systems. We always strive to do our best to secure our systems, but cannot be held responsible for the software or services that we provide in all instances.
Don't let this scare you into stopping the use of our services. We prefer that you contact us; then we can discuss the possibilities of special service levels with associated service costs.

It goes without saying that a rapid response time in delivering services is important. It is our constant goal to offer services as quickly as possible. We do this through the design of our software and by constantly monitoring the performance of our systems. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there won't be times when quick service is not possible. In such cases, we are not to be held liable.
We do everything we can to protect your data, as well as you would expect from a company like Soworker. This does not mean that our security can keep out every potential hacker or identity thief. Ultimately, any system can be cracked.
That is why we cannot be held liable if someone tries to steal data from our data systems. Keep in mind that we collect as little data as possible, which means that the privacy risk for your employees is also very limited if someone actually tries to steal information.
The reports that we generate are made with the greatest possible precision. However, sometimes things can go wrong. If we do not provide the reports for which you have paid, we will refund you the license amount.
If for whatever reason the client feels that we should be held liable, please remember that we cannot be held liable by definition. If a course of legal action is still pursued, it must be conducted in The Netherlands as pursuant to the law.
