Conditions
By accessing and using the Soworker.com website ("Website") and all services offered by Soworker BV ("Soworker") via the Website ("Services"), the person or organization declares to agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms") as a user of the website or Services (for you and the individual users). Users can only use the website and services in accordance with these terms and conditions. All rights not expressly granted to users in these terms are reserved by Soworker.
These terms apply to all use of the website, including all paid use of the Services and free trial versions of the Services.
If a user does not meet these terms and conditions, Soworker may, in its sole discretion and with or without notice, suspend or cancel the user's account or refuse to provide services to the user.
Soworker reserves the right to change or update these Terms and the services it provides at any time with or without notice to users and may add new features that will be subject to the terms. Any user who still uses the Website or Services after any changes have been made will be deemed to have accepted these changes. Users must therefore regularly check these Terms. New versions of these terms and conditions will apply based upon the date they entered into effect.

All users agree to provide and maintain information truthfully, accurately, currently and fully so that their account information remains true, accurate, up-to-date and complete.
Soworker reserves the right to cancel or suspend the account at any time in its sole discretion. All users have the right to cancel their account with Soworker at any time. Cancellations will result in the deactivation or deletion of the user's account.
An email to Soworker is enough to cancel the account. If a user chooses to cancel his/her account, cancellation will not take effect unless and until no money is owed on the account. If you cancel the services before the end of your current paid-in month, your cancellation will be effective immediately.
All your data and content will be deleted from our systems immediately after canceling your account. This content cannot be restored once your account has been canceled. Soworker is not liable for loss or damage after, or as a result of, cancellation of your account and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have backed up any content or data that you require prior to cancellation.
Users can downgrade their account at any time by following the steps on the website. The downgrade will take effect immediately. No refund will be paid in connection with any higher bills sent for the downgrade.
Downgrading your services may result in the loss of content, or characteristics of the capacity of your account. If you choose to downgrade your account, Soworker has no liability whatsoever for the loss of data, content, functions, or capacity.
All services are charged by sending an invoice in advance on a monthly basis and are not refundable, including Services for partial months, service upgrades or downgrades, or unused Services in an existing account. Soworker will not be held liable in any way for a lack of refunds in connection with the Services. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
The reimbursements for the Services ("Reimbursements") can be changed by Soworker at any time, whereby these will be indicated 30 days in advance by publication on the website.
All rates are exclusive of all taxes (with the exception of Dutch goods or services taxes), and the User indemnifies Soworker against all claims from possible tax authorities for possible underpayment of every sale, use, goods and services, added value or other taxes, or the levy and any fines and/or interest.
Each user is responsible for all activities arising from the use of the Services. Soworker disclaims all liability with regard to the use of the services by users and will not be held liable if a user suffers loss or damage as a result of the use of the services, including (but not limited to) loss or damage as a result of:
The website and services are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and your use thereof is at your own risk. Soworker does not guarantee that: (a) the Services meet your specific needs; (b) the Services are uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (c) the results that can be obtained from the use of the services are accurate or reliable; (d) the quality of products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through the services will meet your expectations; or (e) any errors in the Services will be corrected.
You acknowledge that Soworker may use external suppliers to provide the necessary hardware, software, networks, connectivity, storage, and related technology required to provide the Services. The actions and omissions of those third-party suppliers are outside the control of Soworker and Soworker accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage suffered as a result of any action or omission by a third party on its own behalf and on such external suppliers. Soworker excludes any other warranty that is implied or otherwise applicable by law, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Soworker is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damage, including but not limited to, compensation for loss of profit, good will, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Soworker is aware of the possibility of such damage), as a result of: (a) the use or inability to use the service; (b) the costs of purchasing replacement goods and services as a result of goods, data, information or services purchased or acquired or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (d) statements or conduct of a third party with regard to the Services; or (e) any other matter regarding the Services.
The maximum total liability of Soworker under or in connection with this agreement is limited to the amount of compensation paid to Soworker by the relevant user per month, multiplied by 12.
Each user indemnifies Soworker, and will remain protected against all forms of liability, actions, procedures, requirements, costs, charges and costs that Soworker may incur or be subjected to as a result of the use of the services of the relevant user.
No User may use the Website or Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or upload information that violates any obligation of confidentiality, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or property rights of any person, entity, or organization .
Users can only access the Website and Services through the interface provided by Soworker, and may not use the Website or Services for behavior that is harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, intimidating or posing as another user of the Website or Services.
All users agree that Soworker owns all intellectual property rights in the Website and Services. However, Soworker does not claim any intellectual property rights regarding the information or content uploaded to the website by Users.
Users may not publish or use the Soworker brand and/or logo, unless with Soworker's prior written permission.
Soworker will try to respond quickly (during office hours) to all technical problems that occur on the website or in connection with the Services. However, Soworker will not be liable for damage suffered as a result of a total or partial failure of the Website or technical failures resulting in an inability to use the Services (in whole or in part).
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password on the Website. Soworker is not liable for loss or damage that may result from not retaining Usernames and passwords.
Soworker is committed to keeping the content uploaded by users safe, but is not liable for any loss or damage that may result from a breach of security, or unauthorized access or use of that content.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law, and all users acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch court for all matters or disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions.
